DESCRIPTION:      The Principal is responsible for total oversight and daily operation of Anthony Wayne Elementary, which currently serves students grades one through sixth.

QUALIFICATIONS:    

·         Minimum of Master’s Degree or higher

·         Valid Ohio Certificate/License to serve as a K-6 Elementary School Principal

·         At least three (3) years exemplary teaching experience with a focus on early childhood literacy

·         Good written and verbal communications skills

·         Demonstrated leadership ability

·         Able to use a variety of communication methods to building relationships

·         Excellent organizational skills

·         Able to use technology to effectively manage date and information

·         Valid driver’s license and daily access to personal vehicle

·         History of excellent job attendance

·         Must pass required criminal background checks and be free from communicable diseases
